About the role

We’re looking for two enthusiastic and passionate people who care about community to join the Cookie Bar team as part-time Baristas / Coffee Shop Assistants. You’ll be working alongside a brilliant Coffee Shop Manager supporting her in all aspects of running the coffee shop. You'll also work alongside students with SEND as part of the wider Cookie Bar team. Never had experience of working with young people with SEND? No problem, we'll support you in your development and training. The Coffee Shop Manager will manage and take responsibility for the students in partnership with our Job Coaches day-to-day, and you will play a key and enriching role in the students' experience of a real life working environment as they develop working relationships and participate alongside you as team mates.
