We’re growing our Pathways Development team! We’re looking to hire a fun, creative, and hardworking part-time Administrative Assistant.

About the role
Working three days a week, the Administrative Assistant is supportive of all arms of the Pathways Education business with a primary focus on the Development arm, which provides services such as coaching, consultancy, conferences, and other events.
The part-time Administrative Assistant plays an important role in organising, managing, and keeping the Development arm running smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for clerical and organisational tasks, the Administrative Assistant develops, organises, and manages systems and processes to run a successful business while being extremely detail-oriented, an excellent communicator that always responds quickly, is fun, creative, and hardworking.
You're a professional and resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal skills who brings enthusiasm, patience, resilience, and a sense of humour to their work. You’ll be an ambassador for Pathways, often the first point of contact, and you’ll be able to deal with everyone in a positive and professional manner always striving for optimal experiences and modelling the Pathways mission, vision, and values. Your approach is an entrepreneurial one, operating with initiative while being flexible and able to work under pressure if situations arise. You seek to develop yourself and those around you too.
