Our pioneering school offers outstanding education for a group of unique young people, aged 9-14, with moderate learning difficulties who have been out of education. And our Enterprise Colleges will provide innovative and accessible workplace-based education to young people aged 19-25 with SEND. We also coach and consult education provisions and corporate clients who are looking to create the capacity required to innovate and manage the ever-changing world we live in. About the role
The Business Manager operates with each member of the Senior Leadership Team and directly reports to the strategic and operational leaders of each Pathways arm, as well as supporting the governors, and the board. The reports overseen include finance, human resources, administration, health and safety, estates and facilities management, information technology, marketing, and fundraising.
The Business Manager promotes the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of Pathways and strategically ensures the most effective use of resources in support of Pathways learning objectives. The Business Manager takes a strategic role in leading, managing, and inspiring non-teaching employees of Pathways.

You're a true team player with superb interpersonal skills and capacity for leadership development. You have excellent written and verbal communications skills and possess the ability to identify opportunities for growth. You care about making a difference and want to be part of a team working to spark an education and workplace revolution that radically improves opportunities for young people with SEND.
