Wellbeing

Pathways education achieved the Wellbeing Award for Schools (WAS) in March 2023.

Pathways' culture and ethos are grounded in positive psychology and our unique curriculum offer is built around agency that promotes wellbeing and real connections. We are champions of wellbeing, and this award reflects our commitment to this and the dedication of the staff team. We appreciate the support from parents, governors, and professionals within our growing community. Together, we will continue to evolve, value, and celebrate wellbeing as the school expands.'

Developed in partnership with the National Children’s Bureau (NCB), the WAS has allowed us to build on our outstanding practice and provide scope for development to promote emotional wellbeing and positive mental health across the whole school community and beyond.  It is an anchor and benchmark for best practice and of what can be achieved with dedication and passion.  This award will remain valid for the next three years.
